We’ve been waiting long enough! Finally, Toopy and Binoo will have their own live show!
Fabulous Toopy and fabulous Binoo will be making their live theatrical debut in early 2011. Toopy and Binoo and the Marshmallow Moon is produced by Koba Entertainment. Koba Entertainment has brought many of our favorite characters live to the stage including the Backyardigans, Caillou, The Doodlebops, Franklin, Max & Ruby.
We have seen 2 other shows put on by Koba Entertainment: The Backyardigans – Into the Deep, and the Doodlebops when they came to Vancouver, and we….our little one and us parents…loved it! So, to say we are excited about Toopy and Binoo’s new show, is an understatement…we already got our tickets for the show!

For his stage debut, Toopy has to not only find the perfect song to sing, but he also has to find the perfect place to perform it.
As Toopy and his best friend Binoo embark on their most important musical quest ever, they encounter a Blue Cat Blues Band, a Loud Mouth Crooner Fish, some Rock n’ Roll Sheep, a pair of Love Struck Dragons and many other zany characters along the way.
Toopy and Binoo and the Marshmallow Moon incorporates music, theatre, dance, puppetry and innovative multimedia technology to weave a story that will tickle the imagination of the entire family!
Toopy and Binoo and the Marshmallow Moon will kick off their tour in Surrey, BC on January 7, 2011. So far the tour is going only to Winnipeg with eastern Canada tour dates TBA

We got our tickets for the show and cannot wait. It is a stocking stuffer for our little one. I cannot wait to see her face. It has been hard to keep it a secret.
I wish they would come further east. I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia and I would love to take my son. Tippy and Binoo is the only show that keeps him still, he screams when it comes on!!!!!
Yes, I was wondering why the tour stops in Winnipeg. Maybe they will have an Eastern tour later this year. By the way, it was a great show. Our 3 year old loved it.
